Introduction

The goals set by NCHU to establish the General Center for Academia-Industry Collaboration are as follows:

1.Create brand value of National Chung Hsing University.

2.Effectively use the internal research results and resources to enhance the industrial science and technology capabilities.

3.Create more opportunities for industry-university cooperation.

The Center has a Director to be responsible for comprehensive affairs, who is a full-time teacher of NCHU engaged by the President, holding a concurrent post at the time; the Center consists of a Division of Innovation Incubation, a Division of Intellectual Property Management, a Division of Creativity and Entrepreneurship Business, and the Global Research & Industry Alliance Office of the Planning Tasks was set up on March 14, 2018 for the promotion of the Global Research & Industry Alliance Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology; the Division of Intellectual Property Management, the Division of Innovation Incubation, and the Division of Creativity and Entrepreneurship Business respectively has a division leader, and the Alliance Office has a Chief Executive Officer and a Chief Operating Officer to assist the Director of the Center in the comprehensive affairs.
