Subject: Request for Assistance in Sharing Information on the NSTC 2025 “Industrial Advanced Talent Training Program” Ph.D. Elite Talent Selection Event and Encouraging Graduates to Apply

Description:

1. To make full use of Ph.D.-level human resources, the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is promoting the “Industrial Advanced Talent Training Program.” The program, through partnerships between domestic research institutions and universities serving as training units and collaborating enterprises, aims to train Ph.D.-level industrial elite trainees. It provides up to three months of on-the-job training (OJT), which in principle includes at least two months of hands-on industrial practice. The program helps trainees gain practical experience and core skills, guiding them toward industrial employment. This initiative enhances industrial R&D capacity while supporting corporate innovation and competitiveness.

2. To increase opportunities for interaction between training units and Ph.D.-level talents, selection events will be held on October 22, 2025 (Wednesday) at Tainan Hotel, and October 27, 2025 (Monday) at NCCU Public Administration and Business Center.
