9th Taipei PPP Forum – Register Now

Details:

1. Our association has been actively promoting various initiatives and has successfully held eight sessions of the “Taipei PPP Forum” to date. These forums aim to promote proper understanding and recognition of the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) concept. With over a thousand participants cumulatively, the events have received broad recognition and positive feedback from various sectors, effectively contributing to the implementation and benefits of PPP projects.

2. The 9th Taipei PPP Forum is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 (Year 114 in the ROC calendar). The forum will be centered on the theme: “Digital Blueprint: Advancing PPP Together” (details as per the attached plan). Experts from industry, government, and academia will be invited to deliver speeches and participate in discussions exploring issues related to digital infrastructure and development. Keynote speakers include Minister Huang Yen-Nan of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Mr. Shen Ching-Yao, Chief Architect and CTO of Wistron Corporation, and Mr. Chao Shih-Long, Director of the Department of Information Technology, Taipei City Government. Mr. Wu Hsiu-Kuang, Chairman of the Cross-domain Management Education Foundation, will moderate a panel discussion. The forum aims to enhance PPP 2.0 implementation and refine national digital infrastructure.

3. The forum will be held at the Wan-Hua International Conference Hall, Taipei City Hospital, United Medical Network. Discussions will focus on maximizing the benefits of PPP 2.0 and strengthening the national digital infrastructure. The goal is to foster a consensus across sectors on PPP and digital development, providing insights for government reference and application. Approximately 200 participants are expected, including officials from central and local governments, industry representatives, and association members. It is hoped that the forum will inspire greater public commitment to advancing digital PPP efforts at both national and local levels.
